— shopping centres
— logistics centres
Primarly we are looking for properties in Poland and Germany. A size of a location is not so important for us, because we are as well in touch with clients who purchase properties in the areas which the classic investors are not interested in.
In terms of price we are interested in properties from one million euro upwards, but some objects below this amount coud be taken into consideration as well.
In the case of hotels, supermarkets, shopping and logistics centres we are interested in properties with long-term as well as short-term lease agreements.
